The Hong Kong Chuhai College, the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council and the Shenzhen Yin'ao Arts Academy are jointly creating a new model for vocational arts education in the Bay Area, and provide new learning opportunities and promotion platforms for young people from Hong Kong and Macao living in the Bay Area.
