為加強國際青少年足球學員的交流與互動，提升語言水平以及培養對足球運動的認識，由切爾西基金會英國倫敦特派教練組組織、培訓全程管理學生訓練。讓學生體驗全方位的專業足球訓練，隊員們將在切爾西專業青訓培養理念與體系中參與集訓與比賽，教練會從技巧戰術、體能訓練、綜合身體指標檢測、膳食管理到心理輔導等以數據對球員進行分析及指導，得出具效益的足球訓練規劃。切爾西基金會優秀的精英青少年足球球員們、安達盧西亞基金會少兒足球運動員將與中國少兒選手一同進行友誼比賽，球員們將獲得切爾西頒發的證書和獎章。
